Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our store operations and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive retail management experience, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Duties

  • Supervise daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
  • Lead, train, and develop retail staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product placement and presentation
  • Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment to maximize profitability
  • Recruit new team members through effective interviewing and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement sales management plans to achieve store targets
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising or retail management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers for purchasing needs
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette attitude
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
