Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Take customer orders and process payments using cash handling and cashiering skills
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines while handling and preparing food
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
