Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Markham, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Professional will provide financial education and offer personalized financial solutions to clients. Core responsibilities include developing client relationships, assessing financial needs, presenting suitable financial products, and ensuring exceptional ongoing customer support. Representatives will also participate in continuous training and adhere to industry regulations to maintain ethical and compliant practices.

Qualifications

  • Sales, customer relationship management, and client service skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of financial products, financial planning, and investment strategies
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills related to assessing client needs and offering solutions
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in a financial services or sales environment preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to manage a dynamic schedule in a hybrid work structure
  • Completion of mutual fund industry course(s) is considered an asset

Compensation is entirely commission-based. Training and education is provided.
