The team & how they connect
You will be part of the Direct Growth product team, focusing on AI for Bookkeeping and Payroll. This group includes leadership from major global tech companies and comprises members across the US, Australia, and Toronto. You will collaborate closely with regional Go-To-Market teams, engineering, and design to align priorities and influence senior stakeholders.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
Building AI features that offer either new experiences or capabilities.
Reducing manual effort in existing workflows through automation.
Reinventing document intelligence to solve complex customer problems.
Identifying customer problems and framing solutions based on commercial results.
Where and how you can work This role is based in Toronto. We support a hybrid way of working, balancing time in our office with the flexibility to work from home. In office once a week.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
You bring a strong background in product management, specifically including strategy setting and leading cross-portfolio initiatives.
Experience managing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning products is essential.
You possess the ability to interrogate architecture decisions and engage effectively with engineering teams.
Building trusted relationships with diverse teams, including Engineering, Design, and regional GTM teams, comes naturally to you.
You are comfortable executing confidently and framing solutions even in complex, ambiguous environments.
A proactive mindset is key, allowing you to challenge the status quo with a sense of urgency.
