Job Description

  • Greet, welcome and take customers' orders; receive cash and tenders changes
  • Assist with early guest complaints and notify supervisor/manager on duty immediately
  • Use oven and other equipment to prepare/warm food for the walk-ins or per order of the supervisor/manager
  • Clean work tables, cabinets and appliances, remove trash and empty kitchen garbage containers
  • Clean, unwrap, slice and trim foodstuffs by means of manual and electric appliances
  • Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
  • Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cooking and kitchen staff
  • Maintain sanitation of the restaurant including floors, tables, ledges, and counters
  • Maintain awareness with menu items and special
