Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer Intern. The role is based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to both back-end and front-end development efforts, assisting in software and full-stack development, and ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Collaboration with team members and active involvement in feature development will be part of your routine.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Experience in Front-End Development, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management (e.g., Zustand, Context API, or Redux Toolkit)
  • Basic knowledge of headless CMS integration (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi) and working with GraphQL or REST APIs
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Prior experience or familiarity with tools and technologies commonly used in web development
  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant academic program such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Bonus: interest or hands-on experience in construction tech, carpentry, or other skilled trades domains
