Description
RWDI AIR Inc., part of the RWDI Group of Companies, specializes in resolving air quality, noise and vibration, climate change, hydrogeological as well as waste management issues for a wide array of industrial, commercial and government clients.  With locations and 450+ people strategically positioned throughout Canada, we have worked closely with many different sectors for more than 30 years to meet measurement, modelling, mitigation and regulatory compliance needs.

RWDI's Calgary office is seeking a systematic and logical individual to join our Environmental Team as a Co-op for an eight-month work term beginning May 2026.

Key Responsibilities You will be provided with an opportunity to assist our Field Services Team conducting studies relating to the measurement of air contaminants. This could include:
  • Stack testing and ambient air monitoring to determine various contaminants.
  • Lab work / data analysis / report writing.
  • Field work.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Your background and qualifications should include:
  • Enrolled in an Environmental Technology program, Environmental Engineering Applications program, or equivalent.
  • Aptitude towards using and troubleshooting instrumentation and data logging equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and a willingness to work in a variety of field locations.
  • Well versed in computer applications.
  • Preference will be given to individuals with knowledge of air quality monitoring and regulations.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights.
  • Must be comfortable working outside.
  • Must be able to lift heavy testing equipment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
