Cloud SynApps has its major operations in Canada, the USA, and India. We've actively built our Salesforce practice and have quickly grown into one of the strongest systems integrators within the Salesforce public sector space. While the public sector is our passion, we are also expanding into other verticals, including insurance and the telecom space.

We are one of the largest systems integrators for Vlocity (recently acquired by Salesforce) and Clariti Solutions (erstwhile BasicGov Applications) and have implemented these solutions for several municipal, provincial/state, federal, and public sector clients. Our consultants and associates have deep industry expertise and live by our core values. We also invest heavily in developing unique Salesforce-based solutions and accelerators, which, in our experience, are required by our clients.

Position Overview:

Cloud SynApps Inc. is seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I) with 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sprint facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and bilingual (English/French) communication skills.

**French Proficiency is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach cross-functional Salesforce project teams to adopt Agile principles and practices effectively.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project progress, sprint goals, and deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage sprint backlogs and priorities.
  • Maintain Agile metrics, reports, and project documentation in French and English.
  • Support delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions within defined scope and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile projects end-to-end.
  • Minimum 3 Salesforce mandates managed (each ≥80 person-days).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency – able to produce deliverables in French and English.
  • Experience in Salesforce delivery environments or public sector projects is an asset.
