Join our Petroleum Division team at our Innisfail site as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatch We are seeking a motivated professional who excels in delivering outstanding service and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
Position: Customer Service Representative/Dispatch
Part-time: 24 – 36 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with increased availability as required for training and coverage.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns in a timely, positive manner.
Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures.
Utilize proper telephone etiquette.
Follow start-of-day and end-of-day procedures and complete proper documentation.
Handle sales transactions and manage office supplies.
Process fuel and bulk lube orders accurately, dispatch orders efficiently, and complete daily fuel reconciliations.
Collect and provide accurate information to internal and external customers.
Operate equipment safely and responsibly; perform general housekeeping duties.
Collaborate with Ag and Petroleum Division teams to enhance operational efficiency and best practices.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
