Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers within designated routes. This role is essential for ensuring timely and comfortable transportation for clients, staff, or students. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Multilingual abilities, but English is required. Experience with children or senior care is a plus, along with mechanical knowledge and teaching skills that can enhance passenger experience.
Duties
- Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport passengers to and from specified locations, such as airports, hotels, or event venues.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or belongings as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle vehicle, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Adhere to schedules and routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and fellow road users.
Requirements
- Possess a valid C/F driving license with a clean driving record for 5 years
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
- This position requires physical stamina to load/unload luggage, stand for extended periods, and bend or kneel as necessary. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required.

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
