Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.The Learning Experience Designer Senior is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.How you will make an impact:Co-manages internal review processes. Participates in the peer mentorship program.  Co-manages the LMS system for the EE LED team.Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting.Actively maintains all content.Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.Minimum Requirements:Requires BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Instructional Technology, or related field and a minimum of 4 years of web design/development experience and a minimum of 5 years experience supporting a training/learning organization; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:Ability to apply knowledge of FEP processes for effective creation of new hire content.Knowledge of instructional design concepts for design of effective learning solutions.Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline.Prior experience supporting learning and development within contact center environments. Project management experience preferred.For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $86,240 to $141,120Locations: Illinois, New York, Washington StateIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
