We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This position requires a solid understanding of electrical manufacturing industry and expertise in procurement systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting electrical products and solutions that meet their needs
  • Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations to support sales
  • Process quotes, orders, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Stay up to date on product lines, industry trends, and new technologies
  • Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the electrical industry (manufacturing, distribution, or related field)
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with procurement and inventory management systems an asset
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in a related field an asset)
