Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced journeyman fire sprinkler installer to join our team. As a journeyman installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings throughout the Edmonton area. Your primary duties will include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Installing, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and local codes
  • Performing inspections and troubleshooting to identify and repair any issues with fire sprinkler systems
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed

Requirements:

  • Must be a journeyman level fire sprinkler installer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
  • Must hold a valid Journeyman Certificate in Fire Sprinkler Installation issued by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Compensation:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
