Senior Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – French/English)


Location:
Montreal, QC (1 Place Ville Marie – equipment pickup required)


Schedule:
Mostly 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (must be flexible to work between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM as needed)


Contract Duration:
January 5, 2026 – July 31, 2026 (initial 3-month contract)


Bill Rate:
$33.50/hour


Work Setup:
Remote (with initial onsite equipment pickup)

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Customer Service Representative
who is fully bilingual in
French and English
. This role is ideal for an experienced customer support professional who can work independently under moderate supervision while handling routine and more complex customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via call center channels with professionalism and accuracy
  • Conduct research to resolve complex or escalated customer issues
  • Clearly document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups
  • Monitor and track call center activity to ensure service quality standards are met
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams when necessary

Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in
    French and English
    (required)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently under moderate supervision
  • Flexible availability within the
    9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Nous recherchons un(e)
représentant(e) principal(e) du service à la clientèle
d'expérience, parfaitement bilingue en
français et en anglais
. Ce poste convient à un(e) professionnel(le) du service à la clientèle capable de travailler de façon autonome sous une supervision modérée, tout en traitant des demandes clients courantes et plus complexes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients via les canaux du centre d'appels avec professionnalisme et précision
  • Effectuer des recherches afin de résoudre des problèmes clients complexes ou escaladés
  • Documenter clairement les interactions avec les clients, les résolutions et les suivis
  • Surveiller et assurer le suivi des activités du centre d'appels afin de maintenir les normes de qualité du service
  • Travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec les équipes internes lorsque nécessaire

Qualifications requises

  • Bilinguisme

  • Expérience démontrée en service à la clientèle ou en centre d'appels
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en recherche
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en documentation
