Role Description
The Overnight Lead will be responsible for supervising overnight operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service in a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment. Daily tasks include monitoring staff performance, conducting facility checks, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring the security of the club. The Overnight Lead will work on-site at the North York, ON location and support the team with training, troubleshooting, and task delegation. This is a full-time position requiring organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage night shift operations.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff members effectively
- Customer service and communication skills, ensuring a positive and welcoming member experience
- Operational knowledge, including the ability to perform facility inspections, maintain safety standards, and address operational needs promptly
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and make decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is preferred
- Availability to work overnight shifts and on-site at the North York, ON location
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or a related field are a plus
