Job Summary
Our Timmins, ON branch is currently seeking a Journeyman or 4th year Millwright to join our Services Team. We're looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and highly motivated individuals who have great work ethic and enjoy working in a team-focused environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Calibrate and Operate precision measuring instruments and tools to diagnose faults and troubleshoot
- Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers' specifications
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work and complete test and maintenance reports
- Install control and measurement instruments on existing and new plant equipment and processes
- Consult with and advise process operators.
Job Requirement
- Must hold a current and valid driver's license.
- Must possess a 433A Industrial Millwright Mechanic Certificate of Qualification or related trade experience.
- Basic experience with rigging equipment
- Must be able to work with minimal direction
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness and ability to work overtime and/or irregular hours
- Willingness and ability to work in remote locations
