PPF Technician Wanted – Join Our Detailing & Protection Team

We're looking for a skilled, detail‑driven Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician to join our growing shop. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy working with high‑end vehicles, and want to be part of a quality‑focused team, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Install PPF on hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, full front ends, and full‑body wraps
  • Perform vinyl installs, tinting, or ceramic coating (if experienced)
  • Use plotter software and hand‑cutting techniques when required
  • Inspect vehicles and ensure flawless, bubble‑free, edge‑clean installations
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow shop safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience installing PPF (3M, XPEL, SunTek, STEK, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hands
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with heat guns, squeegees, plotters, and precision tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality workmanship
  • Willing to train the right candidate if they show strong potential
