About The Role
Graham is actively recruiting for an HSE Lead supporting the Services Division. Reporting to Senior Regional HSE Manager, the HSE Lead plays a key role in supporting a safe project execution by implementing HSE management systems, support multiple projects as a floating role.

This role is based in our Orica Carseland Project, 9/80 Rotation 9hr days (regular time) and 6/1 (with overtime) during TA, travel allowance and LOA
.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

  • Lead HSE Compliance: Ensure personal and team adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, including incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Support Project Teams: Assist Project Managers and Supervisors in implementing HSE Management System (HSE MS) and Project Site Safety Plans (PSSP).
  • Incident Management & Analysis: Upload incidents into Graham's system, investigate events, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Regulatory & Emergency Preparedness: Review local regulations, client requirements, and emergency protocols; ensure ERP documents and notices are communicated and posted.
  • Reporting & Accountability: Compile HSE data, report effectiveness of HSE MS, hold direct reports accountable, and maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: High school diploma plus completion of a college or technical school diploma program
  • Experience: 3–5 years in safety or a related field
  • Certifications: Health & Safety certification or safety designation is an asset
  • Software: Proficient with MS Office Suite and online reporting software. Understanding of HSE MS systems, WCB processes, safety terminology, and general constructability
  • Other Requirements: Clear criminal background check; pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing
