Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator – Montréal, QC

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to support our Procurement and Demand Planning teams in a fast-growing frozen fruits & vegetables environment.

Nous cherchons un(e) professionnel(le) rigoureux(se), analytique et proactif(ve) pour soutenir nos équipes d'Approvisionnement et de Planification de la demande, au sein d'une entreprise en pleine croissance dans le domaine des fruits et légumes surgelés.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilités principales

Procurement / Approvisionnement

  • Create RFPs based on Sales Quote Checklists
  • Populate and maintain Program Files
  • Create item codes in Fidelio ERP
  • Support the procurement team by handling data-heavy and time-consuming tasks
  • Créer des appels d'offres à partir des demandes de soumission
  • Alimenter et mettre à jour les fichiers programmes
  • Créer les codes produits dans Fidelio
  • Alléger la charge de travail de l'équipe en prenant en charge des tâches clés et structurantes

Demand Planning / Planification de la demande

  • Daily inventory reporting, updating weeks-on-hand & contract balances
  • Entering purchase orders & contracts with accuracy
  • Supporting crop program costing & YOY cost variance analysis
  • Weekly sales review & logistics alignment (dates, availability, short-list items)
  • Rapports quotidiens d'inventaire, mise à jour des contrats et semaines d'inventaire
  • Saisie des bons de commande et contrats avec précision
  • Support aux analyses de programmes de récolte et comparatifs de coûts annuels
  • Revue hebdomadaire des ventes et coordination avec la logistique

What We're Looking For / Profil recherché

  • Strong attention to detail & comfort with numbers
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or ERP entry
  • Excel skills required (Fidelio an asset)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sens du détail et aisance avec les chiffres
  • Expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement, approvisionnement ou planification
  • Maîtrise d'Excel (Fidelio est un atout)
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
