Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre esprit d'analyse, vos habiletés en communication et vos talents de vulgarisateur(-trice) Rejoignez, en tant que conseiller(-ère) en architecture d'affaires, la direction de l'architecture d'entreprise où vous aurez l'occasion de réaliser l'ensemble des travaux d'architecture d'affaires associés à un portefeuille.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la réalisation de cadrages et dossiers d'affaires et vous contribuerez à l'élaboration de la synthèse des cibles d'affaires ainsi qu'au découpage et séquencement des initiatives permettant de les atteindre, le tout en mode hybride.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Livrer les travaux d'architecture requis pour les initiatives ciblées en assurant leur alignement avec la stratégie d'affaires et les cibles d'architecture

  • Assumer un rôle de leadership et d'influence dans l'établissement des positionnements d'affaires requis pour l'avancement des initiatives

  • Recommander le découpage et le séquencement en lien avec l'atteinte de la valeur et des bénéfices d'affaires recherchés

  • Agir à titre de personne ressource auprès des partenaires d'affaires et TI relativement à son champ d'expertise

  • Assurer la vigie et le développement des meilleures pratiques en architecture d'affaires

  • Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'évolution de la pratique d'architecture d'entreprise.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en administration des affaires ou l'équivalent 

  • 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en architecture d'affaires ou une expérience pertinente en projets informatiques dans un rôle similaire

  • Connaissances du domaine de l'assurance collective (atout)

  • Certification en architecture d'entreprise, d'affaires et/ou connaissance des corpus BIZBOK, TOGAF et BABBOK (atout)

  • Maitrise avancée de la langue française ainsi qu'une maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
