We pride ourselves on our dedication to excellence and our forward-thinking approach to business. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Invoicing Assistant to join our team and support our invoicing operations remotely.
ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with month-end tasks and reconciliations
- Data entry and maintenance of accounting records
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports
- Communicating with vendors, clients, and internal staff as needed
- General administrative tasks related to accounting and finance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous accounting support experience (AP/AR required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Based in Kelowna or nearby (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or related field is a plus.
