We are a busy shop looking for a technician with a drive for success and a true team player. Pay ranges from $ $50.00 per flat rate hour (based on experience). This is a flat rate pay plan, and is a fantastic opportunity for financial growth and independence. You will be rewarded for the hard work you do. We also offer Higher pay rates for Diesel and EV/High Voltage. In addition, we also incentivize our technicians with bonuses for completed Ford E-learning and education.

Qualifications:

  • Have valid G driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Minimum 3-5 years of automotive repair experience (310S certified candidates will be preferred during application reviewing process)
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance including complex electrical diagnostic procedures
  • Have working knowledge of shop equipment, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment and lift operation
  • Must be able to read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication, and problem solving skills
  • Must have own hand and power tools
  • Ford experience (will be preferred during application review process)

Job description:

  • Road test, accurately diagnose and repair customer owned vehicles
  • Perform regular service & maintenance based on Factory recommendations
  • Perform Safety recalls, product updates and applicable warranty repairs
  • Assist internal service department with Pre-delivery inspections, used vehicle reconditioning and get-ready accessories. (when available)
  • Maintaining all qualifications and necessary product / service training
