Seafood Delivery Driver – Fishermen Select Seafood

$22/hour starting wage | Full-time, permanent

Who we are

Fishermen Select Seafood is a Canadian-owned seafood distributor based in Metro Vancouver. We specialize in sustainable, Ocean Wise seafood that is direct from Canadian fishermen and among the freshest to market.

Our delivery drivers are more than just drivers — you are the face of our company and a key part of our success. You'll be building strong relationships with our customers while delivering exceptional product and service every day.

About you

  • You're looking for a long-term role with growth opportunities
  • You're a self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • You pay attention to detail and take pride in your work
  • You enjoy building relationships with customers
  • You're physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • You hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence and can provide a clean driver's abstract
  • You're comfortable helping with light warehouse duties as needed

Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience in food or seafood distribution
  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Experience handling fresh or frozen food products

What we offer

  • $22/hour starting wage, with quarterly performance-based increases
  • Stable full-time, permanent employment
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 6:30 am to 2:30 pm

(Sunday and Tuesday off)

What you'll be doing

  • Driving a company-provided Chevy 3500 Express cargo van
  • Picking up and delivering fresh and frozen seafood to restaurants, retailers, and consumers across the Lower Mainland
  • Assisting with light warehouse tasks, such as:
  • Order picking and staging
  • Basic inventory handling
  • Keeping the warehouse and vehicles clean and organized
  • Following a scheduled delivery route while maintaining punctuality and professionalism
  • Handling seafood safely and following company safety standards
  • Building positive, long-term relationships with our customers
  • Operating primarily out of our Burnaby location (near Boundary & Hastings, just off Highway 1)
