Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Prior experience in automotive cleaning or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The position emphasizes professionalism, efficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional vehicle care.

Duties

  • Clean and detail vehicles both inside and out using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas; wash windows, wheels, and tires
  • Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings accordingly
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and stored properly
  • Assist with additional vehicle preparation tasks as needed to meet customer expectations

Experience

  • Previous experience in automotive cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in vehicle detailing is advantageous
