Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON, for a Sales and Service Associate at MAXUM Fitness Inc. The individual will handle customer service inquiries, assist customers in selecting fitness equipment and services, process sales transactions, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing product demonstrations, and supporting promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and assist clients in achieving their fitness goals
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Organizational and task management skills to maintain a clean, professional-looking showroom
  • A background in fitness, wellness, or a related industry is an advantage
  • Basic proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
