Isherwood Body & Fender Ltd. is a trusted, long-established collision repair facility known for high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We're growing—and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Refinish Prepper to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare vehicle panels and parts for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning
- Assist painters with all refinish preparation tasks
- Inspect completed prep work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols
What We're Looking For
- Experience automotive paint preparation (preferred) but willing to train
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
