Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates design activities for development projects with the assigned team;
  • Supervises project progress and informs the team manager of any delays or issues;
  • Provides technical support to teams in the design, validation, and approval of concepts;
  • Keeps technical documentation up to date, including calculations, testing, verification, and validation;
  • Organizes and plans project-related activities while maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers;
  • Contributes to cost estimation, quote analysis, and supports the sales team in preparing proposals.

  • Is a membre of the OIQ
  • Holds a university degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Has at least two years of relevant experience in project management;
  • Demonstrates strong mechanical skills and knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T);
  • Proficient in at least one CAD software (Catia V5, SolidWorks, Solidedge, Inventor, or Autocad);
  • Bilingual in English and French; a high percentage of communications are in English with international subsidiaries and clients. Frequent meetings with English-speaking partners;
  • Shows autonomy, organization, leadership, and a strong sense of customer service;
  • Willing and able to travel to client sites and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
