Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental issues while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence. The Dentist will work within a collaborative team environment, utilizing advanced dental technology and software to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and oral tissues using dental tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, cosmetic treatment and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems such as Tracker.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control procedures and OHSA regulations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid RCDSO dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience with dental office management software such as Tracker is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $88,590.33-$306,040.85 per year
Expected hours: 28 – 33 per week
