The Job
As a Houseperson, you play a vital role in upholding the exceptional standards of our property. From ensuring our public spaces are immaculate to assisting Room Attendants and fulfilling guest requests with prompt, professional service, your contributions help create the seamless, elevated experiences our guests expect.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Ensure housekeeping carts are fully stocked with supplies for efficient room servicing
- Assist Room Attendants by transporting linens, trash, and guest items as needed
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, providing helpful and friendly support
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth room turnovers
- Uphold the brand's standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service at all times
- Support a positive team environment by communicating effectively and assisting where needed
- Remain attentive and proactive to help create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests
