The Role:

The Testing Coordinator will coordinate global test delivery services for certification and licensing programs. You will coordinate, recruit, and train testing facilities and proctors responsible for the administration of Internet-Based (IBT) examinations. You will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, including the registration, scheduling, and administration of IBT exams.

The Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating national and international standardized test administrations
• Locating and contracting with appropriate testing venues and negotiating site fees
• Recruiting, training, and managing testing personnel
• Facilitating reasonable testing accommodations for candidates with disabilities
• Maintaining site and proctor databases
• Providing technical support for online systems and applications
• Managing relationships with computer-based testing center partners
• Creates, reviews, and revises manuals and procedures for test delivery
• Provides support for test centers and proctors
• Proactively communicates with test sites to ensure enough seat and date coverage is provided in advance of testing windows and peak testing times
• Responds timely and thoroughly to clients, candidates, co-workers, and test sites
• Investigates and responds to complaints and irregularities and takes appropriate corrective action
• Limited after hours work when necessary
• Required weekend and evening on-call duties-

The Desired Attributes:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Client Coordinator role or similar
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
• On-Call duties
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, fluent in basics of using excel, general knowledge of web-based applications, and basic understanding of various internet browsers and operating systems
