What you'll be doing:

  • Assist CAT Team with Administrative functions to allow CAT Team to have more time to be customer facing with our clients
  • Paying Invoices
  • Assisting in the closure of IA reviewed files
  • Assist Team Leaders with administrative tasks at the onset of a CAT
  • Assist in administration of XactAnalysis files
  • Job shadow with current employees

What you bring:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge of building materials
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Xactimate/XactAnalysis software would be a benefit

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
