Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and learning in a safe and supportive setting. Experience with children and a background in early childhood education are highly valued to help children reach their developmental milestones effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children that align with educational standards and developmental needs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children.
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly.
  • Support children's emotional well-being by promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution skills.
  • Organize activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, field trips, and parent meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.

Skills

  • Proven experience with children in an educational or caregiving setting.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop creative tutoring methods tailored to young learners' needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude essential for working with young children.
  • Organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
