Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of meat and deli servers and ensure they provide excellent service to customers
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Train and onboard new customer service team members
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the customer service team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and problem-solve with customers
  • Analytical skills to assess customer service metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives
