As Associate Director of Admissions, you'll help us grow and sustain this diversity by bringing students from across Canada and around the globe to enrich our world-class community. You'll represent Brentwood at recruitment events both locally and internationally—think Toronto, Vancouver, London, Hong Kong, Dubai, and São Paulo—sharing what makes our school exceptional and building lasting connections with families and educational partners.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and innovate: Support strategic enrollment plans and manage daily admissions operations
  • Connect and represent: Build relationships with current and prospective students and families and represent Brentwood at events locally and internationally
  • Guide and support: Oversee application processes and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every family

What You Bring

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in education, business, or marketing
  • At least 4 years in admissions, recruitment, or marketing—preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness; fluency in another language is an asset
  • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)

This is a full-time position with a starting salary, depending on experience, between $100,000.00 and $115, A consistent schedule will be offered; however, based on operational needs or events, flexibility will be required—including weekends and evenings.

Education:

Experience:

  • Academic Admissions or related: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Canadian Residency or valid Canadian Work Permit (required)
