Job Summary:

As a Line Leader (Production), you will have a hands-on role in the production of conventional plants. Your work will ensure healthy plants that meet quality standards, and a clean, safe greenhouse environment that contributes directly to our reputation for excellence.

As a Line Leader (Production) your responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain and enforce quality standards across production lines to ensure consistent products.

Train team members on product specifications, quality expectations, and GAP compliance.

Monitor crop plans, planting schedules, and planting accuracy to meet customer pre-books and standards.

Improve production efficiency, material flow, and handling processes in coordination with analysts and leadership.

Prioritize and process daily customer orders within required timelines.

Assist with monitoring inventory levels, labour allocations, and employee hours.

Identify and report issues related to product quality, pests, safety, or supply shortages.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Education/Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or agricultural setting
  • Must wear steel toe shoes/boots
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods of time, repetitive work
  • Reliable, team player
  • Ability to keep communication with team members
  • Ability to organize and maintain clean work environment
  • Availability on weekends and holidays, with extended hours during seasonal periods.
