Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Advisor for Home and Auto to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on insurance products, developing new client relationships through retail sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, sales experience, and bilingual abilities, particularly in English (having a second or more languages is an asset) to thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to helping clients secure their financial future.

Duties

  • Engage in both inside and outside sales efforts to identify and attract new clients for various insurance products.
  • Conduct retail sales consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Analyze client information to customize insurance plans that meet their specific requirements.
  • Maintain thorough sales records and manage sales administration tasks efficiently.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the client base.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable.
  • General Insurance Level 1 is required for this role. Having a General Level 2 and/or life insurance license is an asset
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and present information clearly.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus; bilingual candidates fluent in English are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Experience with telemarketing, marketing, and sales administration is beneficial.
  • Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior knowledge of the insurance industry or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers an engaging work environment where your sales expertise can make a meaningful impact while helping clients protect their assets and plan for the future.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,865.40-$67,500.05 per year
