Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House cleaner/ Airbnb cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, excellent time management, and effective communication abilities to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will receive around 30 hours of work per week. 2 cleans daily and an allowance for transportation. You will be paid $50-55 per job as well as extra if the job requires more time than agreed upon.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the safety and functionality of the premises
  • Use commercial cleaning supplies and techniques to meet client specifications
  • Manage multiple cleaning appointments within scheduled timeframes, demonstrating strong time management skills
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and address any special requests or concerns
  • Handle heavy lifting of cleaning supplies or equipment safely and responsibly
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Requirements

  • Prior custodial or custodial experience preferred; experience with facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is a plus
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Reliable transportation to reach various job sites; valid driver's license is advantageous
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
