We're looking for passionate new Nandocas - the name we give to the people who bring Nando's to life with their unique personality and passion. So whether it's working in the front of house working cash or serving, or working in the back of house prepping food or perfecting the art of grilling our world famous flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, we are looking for a Supervisor to help run our shifts by involving Nandocas through delegation and communication in our Nando's restaurant. You must have supervisor experience, excellent relationship building and communication skills, a passion for delivering great service and enjoy working within a team. If your adventurous spirit fits our values of pride, passion, courage, integrity then we'd like you to join our family

Minimum requirements and expectations:


• Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.

• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.


• Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.


• Basic English language and professional communication skills are required.
