Our client is looking for a
Proofreader
for 3+ months, 40 hours per week, on a remote basis.

This will be for a
US pharma
brand, so experience working on
FDA
assets is a must.

Here's What You'll Do

  • Proofreading of internal and external pieces for sense, organization, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, flow, style, formatting, and clarity
  • Bringing all materials into alignment with client-specific style guidelines and/or American Medical Association (AMA)
  • Ensuring promotional copy complies with FDA regulations
  • Helping to create/maintain style guides for each assigned client/brand
  • Tagging and linking projects in Veeva for MLR submission
  • Screenshotting digital assets

Here's What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in medical editing for a pharma agency or pharma company
  • Comfort with medical/scientific terminology and pace of pharma agency workflow
  • Strong knowledge of AMA Manual of Style 11th Edition
  • Familiarity with FDA, PhRMA, and other rules and guidelines governing pharmaceutical marketing
