Position Summary
As a Paint Sales Associate, you will be a key part of delivering an outstanding customer experience in our paint department. You will assist customers with product selection, colour matching, and paint-related solutions while providing knowledgeable, friendly service both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with paint selection, colour matching, and related products
- Accurately mix paint and ensure product quality
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone
- Share product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked paint department
- Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
- Weekend availability is required
