Job Description:

Fabmark is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Brampton store. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will assist customers in selecting suits, ethnic wear, and formal attire while ensuring a welcoming in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
  • Help customers select clothing based on style, fit, and occasion
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of suits, ethnic wear, and accessories
  • Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Restock merchandise and assist with visual displays
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred (training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
