We are currently looking for a qualified Lane Closure Technician (LCT) to join our growing team. You'll use your experience as a TCP and LCT to help us continue to raise the bar in safety and service.

Please note: Applicants must have an active TCP ticket and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

The Position

This position requires working at various sites throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. As an LCT, you will lead a team of Traffic Control Personnel, set up construction zones safely and efficiently, assist the public around work areas, and ensure the smooth flow of traffic for motorists and pedestrians. You will also support TCP staff and work closely with construction crews as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Valid TCP ticket (required)
  • 1–2 years of LCT experience (preferred)
  • Ambitious, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Valid BC driver's license in good standing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Safety-first mindset and commitment to best practices
