About the Role

As an Esthetician at Damara Day Spa, you'll provide exceptional spa treatments and personalized client care while helping us maintain our reputation for excellence. You'll work in a beautiful, team-oriented environment where your skills and passion for wellness can truly shine.

Responsibilities


• Perform professional spa services including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, body treatments, and other esthetic services.


• Recommend appropriate home care and retail products to support client results.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.


• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health standards.


• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on client satisfaction and wellness.


• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques.

Qualifications


• Esthetician certificate


• Skilled in facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best.


• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct.


• Previous spa experience is an asset but not required — we provide training and mentorship.
