Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing environment
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance
  • Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support kitchen management tasks including food production, food handling, and ensuring efficient food service operations
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health codes and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Background in hospitality management or restaurant management highly desirable
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently
  • Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Prior experience in culinary roles or food industry positions is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.75 per hour
