What You'll Do
- Learn our
"Up-the-Ladder, Down-the-Ladder"
approach — seeing every step of the supply chain, from sourcing to site delivery. - Take full ownership of procurement processes for construction and capital projects — from quoting and sourcing to purchase order execution.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Support teams in
quoting, vendor selection, and cost analysis. - Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Work closely with project managers, site leads, and leadership to forecast material needs and solve supply challenges.
- Proactively source new products and suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate cost tracking and procurement documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades — your ideas count here.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in estimation and purchasing
, project coordination, or supply chain
— ideally in
construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings. - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills — you're confident picking up the phone.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: background in
engineering, estimating, or project management.
