Parts Driver / Shipper & Receiver

Southgate Audi – Edmonton, AB

Southgate Audi is seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Driver / Shipper & Receiver to join our Parts Department. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering excellent service—both on the road and in the warehouse.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver automotive parts safely, accurately, and on time to wholesale customers
  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
  • Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and driving record
  • Operate company vehicles (car, van, or pickup) safely and responsibly
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming shipments
  • Assemble, package, label, and ship parts and materials
  • Assist with shipping documentation and transportation coordination
  • Assist with general department tasks and organization

What You Bring:

  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Dealership experience (required)
  • Experience with Dealership DMS and shipping/receiving processes (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail with good reading and writing comprehension
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Forklift experience or training (preferred)
  • Automotive or mechanical parts knowledge is considered an asset
