Position Overview
The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company's marketing strategies in our Americas region. They have a high technical aptitude and are interested in building and operating infrastructure for leads, reporting and analytics.
The individual will work closely with colleagues across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales to build coordinated, optimized, integrated campaigns to drive pipeline growth that is in lock step with GTM priorities across the Americas commercial organization.
They will work across various marketing channels including hosted events, webinars, tradeshows, third-party events, digital programs, email campaigns, and direct sales plays.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage marketing pipeline across new logos and expansion of existing accounts, including generating marketing-qualified leads, by building connected customer journeys through the buying cycle via multi-channel online and offline programs
Optimize and nurture lead performance via marketing automation, lead nurturing and ABM processes
Establish closed-loop analytics and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to understand how our marketing activity drives conversions and delivers value to our clients.
Manage campaign reporting to analyze performance and optimize as necessary
Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g., tradeshow lead handoff, landing page optimization, email open rates
Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance
Accelerate existing pipeline through targeted, niche marketing campaigns
Required Experience/Skills
Experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation
Exposure working with AI
Experience utilizing modern platforms across the MarTech stack including Marketing Automation (eg Marketo) and
Experience building ABM strategies and campaigns
A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, especially with sales teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze data and use as the basis to make data led decisions
Exceptional project management skills
2+ years experience required
