About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who's enthusiastic about the liquor industry, enjoys leading others, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Schedule: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, offering product recommendations and wine pairings
  • Coach and train Sales Associates to deliver outstanding service
  • Receive and organize inventory, unload pallets, and stock the sales floor
  • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure a welcoming, well-organized environment
  • Communicate effectively with the Manager, providing feedback and updates regularly
  • Adhere to all company policies and liquor laws
  • Ensure store cleanliness, proper stock rotation, and accurate inventory levels

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid Serving It Right (SIR) certificate (required)
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge or interest in wine, spirits, or craft beer (WSET or Prud'Homme certification is an asset)
  • Positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support team members
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player who takes pride in maintaining a great guest experience
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Must be 19 years of age or older

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
