WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR THE WINTER SEASON

We are looking for multiple professionals to join our team of lawn care specialists. The It's Done Group of Companies provides maintenance to commercial and condominium type properties throughout the year. In our Summer seasons, we are seeking professionals who enjoy working outside and creating beautiful spaces to be enjoyed by the owners and residents of the properties under our responsibility. In the winter season, we are an essential service that provides snow removal. It is our responsibility to clear and remove snow from our Commercial and Condominium properties with fast and excellent service.

The individuals we are looking for will have a valid drivers license, steal toe boots, warm clothing. Understand the importance of safety and how it applies to each job. Be able to multi-task under extreme conditions. ie) hot or cold temp. Drug testing may also be required to enter some sites. We expect complete honesty from applicants in this regard prior to hiring and testing.

Wage is based on experience. We are looking for an experienced lawn and landscaping professional. Skid steer experience is a bonus. Will be working with a crew doing commercial lawn care As well as landscaping jobs such as over seeding, tree planting etc.

Duties include snow removal, clearing city sidewalks, making sure properties are clean from snow. In the summer, regular lawn mowing of condo's and commercial properties, hedge trimming, We are looking for reliable individuals who can work in a team unsupervised. We are a fun small company with many perks associated with a large company.

The positions are full time, year round. In winter we require snow shoveling, skid steer operators, tractor operators, snow haulers (3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks).

There is plenty of room for advancement for the right individuals. We are not a micro-managing style company. Although we do daily property visits, we trust our operators to do the all the necessary work that our properties need.
