Role Description

As a Medical Injector at Formula Fig, you will deliver safe, personalized aesthetic treatments while creating a calm, welcoming experience for every guest. You are clinically confident, guest-obsessed, and aligned with Fig's vision of natural, results-driven care. This role requires evening and weekend availability and may include working across multiple Fig Bar locations.

Role Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Clinical Care

  • Welcome and consult with guests to assess goals and treatment plans
  • Perform cosmetic neuromodulator treatments
  • Perform dermal filler treatments
  • Administer injectable aesthetic treatments independently, as required by location
  • Educate guests on treatments, skincare, and post-care
  • Maintain a calm, clean, and professional treatment environment

Required Skills & Experience

Ontario Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Botox, injector, and filler experience

British Columbia Requirements

  • Naturopathic Doctor (ND) or Medical Doctor (MD)
  • Botox, injector, and filler experience
  • Ability to inject independently with no medical Director on site

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Standing and moving for 4–6 hours per shift
  • Performing detailed, hands-on clinical procedures
  • Working in a fast-paced, guest-facing retail-medical environment
